About Submitting Requests:

Space in Jacobus Student Center is granted on a first come, first serve basis. Please complete the form below to submit a request. Allow three business days for your request to be processed and decided upon.

Tips & Notes:

1. Please factor in set-up and break-down time into the room request.

2. Due to constant need of space by the Stevens community, requests should be made as soon as possible.

3. All events, with the exception of small group meetings and board meetings, must be open to the entire Stevens Community and registed with the Office of Special Functions and the Office of Student Life located on the 1oth floor of the Wesley J. Howe Center

About Submitting Requests:

Requests for the Dance Studio are granted on a first come, first serve basis. Please complete the form below to submit a request. All requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your request, otherwise your request will not be accepted.

Tips & Notes:

1. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been approved. That email will also contain instructions on how to enter the Dance Studio.

2. Due to constant need of space by the Stevens community, requests should be made as soon as possible.

3. This request form is only for the Dance Studio. The adjoining Cycling Studio is not available for general requests.
