G&T History

Gear & Triangle is an honorary, non-secret society founded on the principles of Honor, Fellowship and Spirit. These are essential qualities of the true Stevens man and woman and the successful engineer. The Society was organized in May 1919 by seven undergraduates of the class of 1921. The first meeting was held on May 2, 1919.

The purpose of Gear & Triangle is two-fold. First, to honor those who have demonstrated their ability and leadership in the extracurricular field and second, by initiating those leaders to foster a better and stronger college spirit at Stevens.
